Take the larger size. A cover that is slightly generous still cinches down with the straps and elastic hem, whereas one that is slightly short will ride up at the wheels and leave the lower bodywork exposed.

Yes. Reinforced lock slots on both sides let you pass a disc lock or cable through the cover and the front wheel, so the cover stays put and the bike stays secured at the same time.

Hose it down and wipe it with mild soap and a soft cloth, then let it air dry fully before folding it away. Avoid machine washing, bleach and hot drying — those are what strip the water-repellent coating.

To request a refund, first ensure your purchase meets our refund policy criteria, typically within the last 30 days. Have your order details ready, and submit your refund request via our ‘Contact Us’ page, or email our customer support directly.

We’ll review your request, which usually takes 3-5 business days, and if approved, process your refund to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Orders ship from within the United States. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, with the tracking number attached.

Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking link. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number and we will resend it.

Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will sort out an exchange or a refund. If it is a sizing issue, tell us your bike and setup and we will confirm the right size before sending the replacement.
