Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return your cover for a refund. Write to support@mototarp.com with your order number and we will email you a prepaid return label. The cost of the return label comes off your refund.

Wrong size? Within 30 days of delivery, tell us your bike and we will send you the right size. Send the first cover back with the free label.

Arrived damaged or wrong? Email us a photo and your order number and we will send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to return the first one unless we ask.

Never arrived? We send another one.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 2 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take another 3-5 business days to show it.
