Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Standard shipping is free on every order and takes 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2 business days and costs $9.90. These times are for the lower 48 states; orders to Alaska and Hawaii take longer.

Orders are packed and shipped from a US fulfillment center. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also follow it on our order tracking page with your order or tracking number.

Changes and cancellations: we can change or cancel an order until it ships. Write to support@mototarp.com with your order number as soon as you can.

Lost or damaged in transit: if your order never arrives or arrives damaged, write to support@mototarp.com with your order number (and a photo for damage). We send a replacement at no cost.
